We are a group of 15-18 year olds currently taking part in the National Citizenship Service (NCS), run by Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT). For our social project plan we decided to undergo a number of activities, from 23rd to 27th August, to raise awareness and funding for Kent Young Carers. These include: A sponsored walk between Gravesend and Dartford; A sponsored car wash at Northfleet School for Girls; A day raising awareness in Gravesend Town Centre as well as Sainsbury’s in Northfleet.
