Story
14th day. 156.5 miles so all looking good 👍
Update. 3 days 30.3 miles. 👍
Yehay, my tee shirt has arrived
So, I used to cycle a lot but due to a complete hip failure, several years of mis-diagnosis and eventually a hip replacement I haven't been on my bike for the best part of ten years until last week.
300 miles in June from zero, well... I'm at least 10 miles in 😉
My dad had a radical prostatectomy due to late diagnosis and although it did probably prolong his life it did affect his quality of life much more than a if he had been diagnosed earlier.
At least I'll get to know the potholes of Cheshire well and there are awful lot of them out there to get to know.
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?I’m taking on the Cycle 300 Miles in June challenge for PCR to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer. Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.Thank you for your support! 💙🧡
