He also&nbsp;used to ride on other fund raisers and has said we can start the 'Mike Ride' from outside No. 10, we called his bluff.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0.833em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.833em; margin-left: 0px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 15px; text-align: left; padding: 0px;">The route will go through London and alongside the Thames to an overnight stop in Henley, before continuing on to Chadlington on day two.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
