Story

I will be joining Sky Sports presenter and Prostate Cancer UK ambassador, Jeff Stelling as ultimately I am very lucky.......lucky that a random medical a month after signing up for this walk flagged up the possibility of prostate cancer that was confirmed in June but thankfully it is in early stages so treatment in August will eradicate the b@stard! When I signed up for this in early March, little did I know then that I would be doing it 26 days after an operation to beat it so I'm even more determined to raise as much money as I can along with many others and Jeff as he completes his trilogy of marathon marches for Prostate Cancer UK. Together we will be raising money to help beat a disease killing 1 man every 45 minutes in the UK. Let my story be a lesson to every 'middle aged' man out there......get yourselves CHECKED and REGULARLY! I got lucky.....don't be one of those that doesn't!! We would appreciate your support and a donation in a bid to fund the research to change the game and stop prostate cancer being a killer. Neal
