We fund long-term, sustainable research to find a cure for brain tumours

Story

Hi All,

I know some of you have already sponsored me this year, which was much appreciated and went a long way to help a great cause.

It's now time for challenge number 2, which is considerably harder, longer and more intense. 5 kilometres across Derwentwater, Lake Windermere's younger but equally chilly sister!

As part of my office's epic AMV BBDGO charity challenge (a relay starting in John O' Groates and ending at our office doors in London, consisting of multiple runs, swims, treks and cycles all the way) myself and a team of brave swimmers will be tackling the water. We expect to be swimming non stop for around 3 hours, ideally without sinking...

Brain Tumour research is a fantastic cause that could really use that little bit of support from you guys. If you could spare a small contribution and spread the word, it would be much appreciated and could have a real effect.

Thanks!

Ned

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
