I am fundraising for Alzheimer's Research UK because I want to raise vital funds for dementia research. I also want to raise awareness that whats good for your heart is good for your brain, and by cutting out smoking, being physically active and eating a balanced diet you will help lower your risk of dementia. That's why I have taken on this Give Five challenge where I will be running at least 5 miles a day for a 5 day streak for 5 weeks in a row to get my blood pumping, so that my body and brain feel the benefits. It all kicks off on 1st March!
