If you wander the side streets behind London's Trafalgar Square in the evening, you might chance upon dozens of homeless people congregating around a few trestle tables. The Connection at St Martin's is the UK's busiest homeless centre, supporting thousands of people every year to survive on, move away from, and stay off the streets. This year has been a difficult one for many and The Connection has done amazing work moving people from temporary COVID shelters into permanent accommodation. But there are still lots of rough sleepers and newly accommodated in need of support.
