North East Humanists are a registered charity and a partner
group of Humanists UK. One of our objectives is to promote charitable causes that have values compatible with Humanism. Every year we raise money for a “Charity of the Year” and I am very pleased that this year we have chosen to support Crisis

All money raised by the North East Humanists will support Crisis' work in the North East

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We are determined to end homelessness. We do this person by person and by influencing policies to ensure everyone has a place to call home. In the North East Crisis Skylight Newcastle is our learning and skills centre developed to find practical solutions for homeless people. This is achieved through the offer of our ground breaking housing, health, education and employment services.
