For a very long time i've desperately wanted to raise money for Rowcroft Hospice, probably ever since my dad was treated there in 1997, Since then i've had many family members and friends who've visited Rowcroft and recieved the most amazing treatment and comfort in their final days and after reading how this Hospice survives mainly on fundraising and donations i thought it's about time i do something about it, to do MY bit, to give back to those that truly deserve it and so i've come up with a walk, a long walk of almost 200 miles from Big Ben in London to my hometowns Clocktower in Torquay, setting off on Sunday 2nd August, I really want to push myself so i've decided no money will be spent on accommodation or food and so if i need it i will have to find more generous people and ask for it, I'd feel i was cheating if i booked hotels etc so for that reason i won't be doing that, i shall be walking alone with just my thoughts and maybe a bit of music to keep me company,  I will be doing daily updates so people can track my progress and see how i'm getting on and all the encouragement would be extremely welcoming,  but most of all it's the donations to Rowcroft that is the important thing so i'm asking everyone to please dig deep and help support this magnificent charity, im hoping to raise £2000 for this charity and i need everyones help to reach my goal...
