In a moment of madness I have decided to fulfil a lifetime ambition of running the London Marathon.  Ever since watching the marathon on the TV as a young boy, I remember saying that one day I would take part - so as I'm getting on a bit now, its about time I put the words into action!

I needed a great cause to keep me motivated while running during the dark & cold winter nights and they don't come any better than Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.  Please take time to read more about the great work they do for some very sick children and I'm sure you too will be motivated to donate as much as you can.
