CHF is an established Manx charity set up in memory of Craig Lunt. His death was due to a previously undiagnosed heart defect. The purpose is to raise the necessary funding to enable the heart screening of men and women between the ages of 14 and 35 here in the Isle of Man.

Story

My aim is to run for 24 hours on the course that everyone participates in at the Nobles Park Run Every Saturday morning.

This is in memory of Paul Collins (Stealth) who sadly passed away only a few weeks ago after suddenly being diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer.

Paul played a pivotal role in the Park Run organisation and loved to participate himself every week and will be sadly missed by the whole Park Run community.

I aim to start my 24 hour runathon 09.30 am on Friday 27th August  2021 finishing the next day with all the usual Saturday Park runners.

I would love too see as many people as possible joining in throughout this challenge and especially joining in or coming up to show your support for the finale on the Saturday run at 09.00am.

Everyone is welcome to come do whatever they like, walking, running, cycling or walking the dog or even with the pram ! The more the merrier to acknowledge a true legend and gentleman of the sport.
