When we lost our dear friend I talked about getting fit and doing something to raise some funds for a worthwhile cause whilst providing an opportunity to remember the legend that is - Ian Jacks. 

Well here it is on 1st March 2014, (Ian's birthday), I will be running in the Rowans 10K at the Portsmouth Watersports Centre,  Sam wil be running the 5K race, (this is partly to ensure that he doesnt beat me in the 10K).  In training we are running sub 30mins for 5K, not Olympic standard we know.  Challenge us to run faster.  Sam is targetting 28mins for 5K and I am targeting sub 60 mins for 10K, you all know I cant consentate on anything for longer than an hour.

We would appreciate your support in rasing as much as we can for the Rowans, in Ian's memory.  Don't be sad, celebrate and remember a dear friend
