Well I did it. Completed the Dambuster Triathlon at Rutland Water in a time of 2 hours 51 minutes 9 seconds. Had some muscle cramp on the run part and had to stop for a while, but still managed to complete okay. Came 576 out of around 730. Not as good as I would have hoped, but I hadn't realised when I entered the race it is part of the National Triathlon Chanmpionships.
