Having started road running in 2021 I have slowly been increasing the miles I am putting in.
Since the new year I have been debating whether to enter the Cardiff Half and have finally decided to test myself.
I have set myself a target but keeping that quiet for the moment! It also means I am staying off the booze during September…..
As part of the challenge I am raising money for Macmillan who give people with cancer everything they’ve got. Macmillan’s do whatever it takes but without your help they cannot support everyone who needs them.
