Centrepoint have been chosen by the new Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Jonathan Glanz, to be the beneficiary charity of his Mayoral term in office.

Story

I'm raising money for Centrepoint as the beneficiary charity of The Lord Mayor of Westminster during 2020/21. For over 50 years Centrepoint has housed and supported the City of Westminster's most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. Housing is a vital part of Centrepoint's work, but they also support young people to improve their health, re-engage with education and find work. Every day Centrepoint help young people to build the skills and confidence to leave homelessness behind. Centrepoint is an essential part of the community in Westminster, housing over 60 young people each night and operating a resource centre for young people from the very same site where their work started over fifty years ago.
