Around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. They need expert treatment and support from the moment they hear the word ‘cancer.’ We’re the only charity dedicated to making this happen.
I took the above information from the TCT website. Cancer is real and I feel it’s important to raise awareness and help others.
Why am I doing this ? 1st I want to help young people and 2nd it’s s personal challenge that I can prove I can do this - more below...
When I was studying for my Masters at Univerity of Birmingham I found out that I had a spinal tumour in the back of my head - Schwannoma. It was then I realised that it can effect anyone. I was lucky as mine was benign and I had surgery to remove it. I feel it’s important that I can help others who are struggling. I have recently been diagnosed with ASD/Aspergers and MSKidney disease. So for me this is all the more reason to confront bigger challenges that are outside my comfort zone.
When I now look at kids who are suffering cancer I want to help raise money to provide the vital support our young people need.
Your help will really mean a lot.
Please help me by sponsoring me as your support is so important.
Please help me by donating what ever you can - your support means a lot to me😀
I will put loads of vids and pics of me in training
Looking forward to my challenge !!!!!
