Story

After 21 year years of being a G.P. witnessing the devastating effects that cancer has on a community I want to make a difference.

In my 50th year I have set my self a series of challenges in order to raise money for cancer charities Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research UK. I am aiming to inspire people to exercise more and improve the lives or everyone touched by cancer.

Four out of ten cancers could be prevented by lifestyle changes. Physical activity can slow cancer progression, improve survival and reduce the chance of recurrence. If physical activity were a drug it would be hitting the headlines. I just want to motivate people to exercise more and beat cancer.
