On the day of the 2019 Terry Fox Run, I ran alone through Hyde Park.  During that run, I vowed to bring back the Terry Fox Run to the UK.  

In 2020, over 200 people will be running the Terry Fox in the UK on Sept. 20, but Terry ran to raise money for cancer research. 

I found the inspiration of re-starting the run in the UK not only because of Terry Fox's inspiration to me, but also to tell people about my brush with cancer.  While I am cancer-free and I didn't suffer because of my early diagnosis and treatment, many people aren't as lucky as I am.  

Like my father, who suffered, and my Uncle Stanley who didn't beat it.  Now, I am a father and realize we must defeat cancer, it affects too many people.  

Please help me achieve my personal goal, to raise GBP 2,000, or 10% of our entire UK run goal. #tryliketerry !!
