Hi im running a 10k in memory of my Mum Barbara Handley who passed away nearly 2 years ago of motor neurone disease (MND).

MND is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks the upper and lower motor neurones.
Degeneration of the motor neurones leads to weakness and wasting of muscles, causing increasing loss of mobility in the limbs, and difficulties with speech, swallowing and breathing it is the worst disease i have ever known or heard of!

Me and my family are doing all we can to raise awareness of this dreadful disease in the fight against MND. So please dig deep and donate.
