Willow Wood Snowdon Challenge · 21 May 2022

Start fundraising now for Willow Woods first organised Snowdon Challenge Event on Saturday 21st May 2022, our walkers will be scaling the highest mountain in Wales, at 1,085m taking approximately 7 hours to walk, starting and finishing in Llanberis.

Story

As the proud medical director of Willow Wood Hospice, I thought it was about time to raise some funds!  I have teamed up with my partner, Mark, to scale the highest mountain in Wales (1,085m).  It will take about 7 hours of walking, starting and finishing in Llanberis.

Willow Wood Hospice is an independent charity.  We provide expert care for people who have life-limiting, progressive diseases in Tameside and Glossop.  We also support families, friends and carers.

It costs £2.8 million to run Willow Wood Hospice each year.  We have to raise 79% of that cost.  If you would like to know more please visit: https://www.willowwood.info/

Thank you for supporting me and Mark on this challenge.  Willow Wood Hospice is a special place to work and thank you for donating.
