This won't be my last fundraising for this amazing charity this is just the beginning.........AIr Ambulance is a NONE government funded charity which I don't agree with. We need the Police, we need the FIre Service, we need the Ambulances.....WE ALSO NEED THESE AMAZING GUYS AND THEIR HELICOPTERS. I did and my family did 13 years ago air ambulance saved my sisters life who was struck by a car at high speed and was left lying in the road in a critical condition she was also pregnant at the time. Thankfully both my sister and niece are fine and doing well and are here today to continue telling their story. Without the support of this wonderful crew, medics and Dr's and their Helicopters they wouldn't be here today. The northwest air ambulance along with other air ambulances can only operate if people keep donating, keep raising money to keep them in the sky. The work they do should never have to rely on donations to keep them in the sky and keep them saving lives. I struggle at times to understand why they are not government funded WE NEED THEM....I will do my part as for me and my family we will always be in debt to the air ambulance. So please help to keep these guys going...keep them flying. We all buy coffees, drinks, food on the go etc.....just think next time ordering a Costa or Starbucks. The cost of a brew could help to save someone else's life.
