Story
Pin Stripe Plunge- Canary Wharf
Cabot Square is my old stomping ground, but instead of shmoozing inside I took the fast elevator up just to jump off the side of a building. On Saturday 13th May, I took part in the Pine Stripe Plunge and abseiled over 230 feet down 20 Cabot Square to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK.
Cancer has affected too many people on both sides of my family, and it's time to fight back. On May 1st a good friend of ours lost her mother to lung cancer, so this is for Doll too. Now that Jessica's made sure that my insurance policy is up to date, this is just the start!
More than one in three people will develop some form of cancer during their lifetime( source- CRUK) so please dig deep in to your pockets and support this fantastic charity.
Keep giving 'till it hurts!
All the money I raise goes directly to Cancer Research UK- the only cut I've got from it are the blisters on my hands!
