2 years ago, Reffley player Jonas lost Rob, his dad, his biggest fan, out of the blue.

The charity, Nelson's Journey, helped Jonas make sense of things. We are really happy Jonas is on our team so we want to say thank you to Nelson's Journey for helping our boy by raising some money. We also want to celebrate what a great dad Rob was and play some football in his memory, knowing that Rob would be on the sidelines if he could be.

A Little More about Nelson's Journey...
Norfolk is one of the few counties to have an openly available, free, child bereavement charity providing 1:1 support and group activities for children. They are not funded by big government contracts and can only exist because of the continued support they receive from the community they serve.The charity aim to bring back smiles to Norfolk's bereaved children & young people, please support them by donating via my challenge 

£2 could fund a Memory Jar - Children capture memories of their special person by using coloured salt to represent each memory

£10 could fund a Worry Eater - Opening communications between the family and provides a therapeutic approach to solving anxieties.

£25 could fund an online or phone 1:1 session for families struggling at a time of bereavement.
