We are inspired by the wonderful rickshaw riders every year. In a bid to motivate a patient to become more active I suggested following the rickshaw challenge and trying to join in a little each day from home. For support and maybe in a moment of madness I said I would also do the miles! Having not ran for years and not owning a bike, I roped in some of my lovely colleagues. We have worked as a team and everyone has put in such a big effort. However we are still a little off our target so please sponsor to motivate us into our final day! 

Children in need is such an incredible charity but so many events can’t take please this year.
