RNLI South West Region - Lifesavers Fund
Campaign by RNLI - Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RCN Eng/Wal 209603,SC037736,ROI20003326,IOM1308,Jer14)
Our RNLI lifeboats in the South West protect hundreds of communities through our 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from. We need your support to help keep saving lives

Story

I am raising funds for Torbay Lifeboat Station because they amazingly rescued my lurcher who had lost her footing on a wall and fell 6 metres. She was very lucky receiving cuts and broken toes but nothing more. After being advised by the Coastguard not to attempt a rescue myself, the inshore Lifeboat came to her rescue. I give regularly to the lifeboat, as having lost my cousin and friends from boats in our local fishing fleet, and having children who love to swim and kayak and enjoy the sea, it is a charity close to my heart. I would now like to raise some funds by walking from Brixham to Kingswear and back on the coastal path in the company of my lovely friend Gemma. I would be eternally grateful if you can support me in this and sponsor whatever you can afford for  the Torbay Lifeboat. Thank You❤️
