Story

I just wanted to personally thank everyone who sponsored me for the Paris Marathon which I completed on Sunday in a  Personal Best time of 4 hours, 17 minutes and 26 Seconds!

The weather was perfect for it, a dry and clear blue sky day with temperatures at the start being of around 4C up to 10C by lunchtime.

Being such a large event I wanted to take the opportunity to help raise funds for a local Swansea charity which we have been working with for several years. Cancer Information and Support Services (CISS) offers support to anyone over eighteen whose life has been affected by cancer in any way - patient, carers, family and friends.

If you did not get a chance to donate before the run but would still like to give to such a good cause, please do so below.
