I am running 16 miles from Brecon to Merthyr Tydfil via the tough yet beautiful terrain of the Brecon Beacons national park. A scary, exciting and faintly insane challenge.

There was no obligation for me to run this for charity, but I felt it was a good opportunity to fundraise for a good cause, so if you feel the inclination to donate a few bob, it would be most gratefully received.
