Hi everyone!

We’re three scientists raising funds for charity to support vital research for Alzheimer’s disease. In the UK, 1 in 3 people born this year will develop dementia in their lifetime. However, we are very hopeful we can improve those odds with more research! 

Every bit helps, and even as little as £10 can fund valuable experiments and equipment to help with research to diagnose, treat and understand this devastating illness. In fact, two of us are doing lab research in neurodegenerative diseases at the Centre for Misfolding Diseases!

We’re running as part of Team Alzheimer’s Research UK in the Cambridge Half Marathon in March 2022, and would be extremely grateful for any support leading up to the event. All funds go directly to ARUK.
