St Barnabas House is a charity based in Worthing which provides palliative and end-of-life care to adults with life-limiting illnesses. We believe everyone facing a life-limiting illness should receive the care and support they deserve. Our mission is to provide dignity, comfort, and choice for adults who need specialised, supportive care. Your generous support helped to provide specialist supportive care for 1,786 local people and their families at the hospice and in the comfort of their own homes last year.

One of the company directors has had close contact with St. Barnabas. In 2017 Stella's mum Val received end-of-life care and recently her dad Den is also receiving care both at home and attending the hospice. As a company, we do not take our health & fitness for granted and are keen to support our local community. 

This early 4.15 am walk will be a challenge for us all on a Saturday morning! As the youngest member of the team stated "I will be arriving home when normally I would still be tucked up in bed"
