When something affects you personally then it becomes personal.  My niece, Nicola, and her partner Josh recently found out that Isadora, their beautiful daughter, has Angelman syndrome. Very rare but so so cruel! This year as I celebrate another birthday, in reasonable health, I would love my friends who can afford even a small amount of money to donate to this charity.
