On the 6th of October, twenty members of Nevill Hall Pharmacy staff (past and present), will take to the start line of the Cardiff Half Marathon, kitted out in green and white team tops. Hopefully, we will all make it into work on the Monday, if a little stiff!!!

The team will be supporting two deserving charities: Haematology Unit (Windsor Suite) at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny and Mind - The Mental Health Charity.

Mental Health is something that NEEDS more resources and more awareness. Many people suffer in silence or don't know where to turn for the help they need and this is where Mind comes in, supporting individuals with mental health problems. 

Any support and donations, in aid of this wonderful charity would be greatly appreciated.
