Hi 

It's Cozzy so I would like to start by explaining a few things.

I have really struggled with my Mental Health recently so I wanted to raise awareness because although we talk more we don't talk enough about Mental Health. For me Music has always been a big part of my life and recently even more so while going through tough times.

I don't know of any song about Mental Health so I wanted to create a song that could give me and other's hope so I asked Zee to help me write a track and sing lead, none of us have ever written or sang professionally so it was a big ask but I think we pulled it off?

I would like to say a very special Thank You to Zee 1st of all for beliving in my crazy idea that started months ago but I would also like to Thank Steven & Jorden at 7 gate you have both been amazing!!

When you watch the video you will see some amazing photography by Carrie Austin who kindly let me use some of her images from her Mental Health exhibition so all the images in the video apart from the ones of myself and Zee wearing the mind T-shirts & sceenary were taken by Carrie Austin the rest have been taken by me.
