Vietnam to Cambodia Cycle Challenge · 25 February 2014

Cancer and Polio Research Fund's mission is to save lives by ending the threat of secondary cancers, the cause of two thirds of all cancer deaths. It has discovered a family of genes responsible for the formation of secondary cancers and is now researching into how to stop the action of these genes

Story

As many of you will know Martin and I did a ride in 2013 to raise money for the Cancer Polio Research Fund and as a personal challenge.  It was hard but such an experience and we were thrilled with the amount we managed to raise.  Spurred on by this we decided  to do it again and we are heading to Vietnam to take part in a 7 day, 400km ride to Cambodia. We will be cycling through some amazing countryside and will hopefully get to see some of the less touristy sights in this part of South East Asia.

The ride is self funded and all the money raised goes to our chosen charity to help them continue their fight against secondary cancers and with the threat of the return of polio to some countries the more we can raise the more people they can help .

I hope you will support our charity as we take on this next challenge and we thank you for taking the time to vist our just giving page.
