British 10K London Run 2012 · 8 July 2012 ·

SMASH helps young people create good memories, improve their decision-making, gain a sense of self worth and help them see a brighter future. Instilling hope in them improves their overall sense of well-being. They see a future where they can play a role and contribute to their local community.

Story

At New Moon there is an unwavering passion for sport within the team. And we decided that we should put this passion to good use by participating in an activity that not only challenged us, but also allowed us to support a great cause.

New Moon were privileged to work with SMASH on our documentary 'We Are The People We’ve Been Waiting For' which challenged attitudes towards education around the world. We felt it fitting to support them as our charity of the year and do something positive and active to raise funds for them.

So we are running the British 10K as a team to support SMASH. Most of us are novice runners so your donations will help motivate us to push ourselves a little bit harder!

Thanks in advance and we will keep you updated on our progress.
