Young Archaeologists' Club

The Young Archaeologists' Club is the only UK-wide club for children and young people who want to get into in archaeology. There are more than 70 YAC branches throughout Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland, run by around 500 volunteers. YAC is part of the Council for British Archaeology.

Charity Registration No. 287815

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Young Archaeologists' Club (YAC) has 65 branches nationwide which provide hands-on archaeological activities and days-out for young people aged 8 - 16 years old. Each branch is run by a team of dedicated volunteers and there are nearly 600 YAC volunteers in total!

YAC not only gives young people the opportunity to enjoy archaeology in a safe and secure environment but also provides them with important life skills. Due to government funding cuts, YAC needs to fundraise in order to continue its youth engagement programme.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
