Throughout the month of August, the team at NFU Mutual in Edinburgh aregoing for a walk! We are delighted to announce we are committing to a stepchallenge in order to raise money for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland.

Our small team of 13, most of whom spend alot of time during work hours sitting at a desk, are aiming to do awhopping 5 million steps by 31^st August.We all have busy lives and families and work in an office, so we currentlyaverage about 40 000 steps a week. To more than double that is a huge challengethat we’re excited to take on.

Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland have a ‘nolife half lived’ strategy and aims to help people in the country recover and live well after a stroke through support, education and funding. We want to support this and are inspired to help others as the organisation have help many of our own family members in the past through difficult times.
