The NHS are doing an amazing job under the most difficult of circumstances at the moment, so I wanted to setup a fun way of raising money to help support them. 

The idea with the #NHSKeepUpChallenge campaign is to encourage people to upload a video of themselves doing around 10 keep ups (possibly including tricks and skills), tag in another 5 friends and donate a minimum of £5 to this JustGiving page. 

This can be done a number of ways including with other family members or people in the same house but importantly adhering to the Government guidelines. Parents can include their children, people can nominate other people in their house to do it etc. It's just a fun way of helping to raise as much money as possible for such an amazing cause.
