We've created this fundraising page because we want to help our local NHS during what continues to be a really difficult time. Niamh (with a little help from mummy!) is going to be putting her baking skills to the ultimate test in a series of 10 challenges - from cupcakes and chocolate cake to meringues and macarons, we're hoping to 'bake' a difference and raise some dough for the incredible healthcare heroes and the patients they care for at our local NHS in Bristol.

A few words from Niamh... "I'm really enjoying the baking and the eating of yummy cakes! I'm excited to be raising money for Southmead Hospital Charity and the Maternity Services because me and my brothers were born there. Also my mummy and daddy were really well looked after when my baby sister, Grace, died there. And my Auntie Jo works there. Thank you NHS for all your hard work!"
