Were walking 8,000 steps a day in July, for the average of 8 years it takes be to diagnosed with endometriosis.

Both myself and my mum suffer with Endometriosis. It took me just under 5 years to get a diagnosis, which was only possible due to going private!

I have recently undergone excision surgery, where they found Endometriosis on both my ovaries, bladder, bowels and the pouch of douglas.

This challenge will also help to aid my recovery!:)
