I'm not going to lie… I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew. But I am so passionate about this cause, I am going well beyond my comfort zone to support MND. 

Motor neurone disease is a progressive disease that attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord. This means messages gradually stop reaching muscles, which leads to weakness and wasting.

MND can affect how you walk, talk, eat, drink and eventually breathe. It is one of, if not the most, cruellest of diseases.  

I will be running the 2021 Vitality Big Half to raise awareness for MND, it helps make a huge difference to so many individuals, families and in particular, someone who was very close to my heart...
