Jasmyn and I will be taking part in an Inflatable 5K Challenge on Saturday 13th May, in memory of Ruby, one of Jasmyn’s best friends, who she has grown up with since nursery. 

We will be joining a team of 70 of Ruby’s family and close friends to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Oxford House. Oxford House allowed Ruby’s parents to stay close to her during her stay at John Radcliff Hospital, providing them with free accommodation and food for 3 nights. Without this facility, they wouldn‘t have been able to spend as much time with Ruby during her final days. They really can‘t express how grateful they were having access to the Oxford House facility whilst trying to process the tragic situation. Our aim is to raise enough money to sponsor one of the bedrooms at Oxford House in memory of Ruby, for the next 3 years.
