Story
I have signed up to take on TWO challenges to support those struggling with poor mental health in Cornwall. Every penny donated stays in the county to provide vital services to those struggling.
On 7th April, to raise funds for Cornwall Mind, I walked, bare foot TWICE, over hot coals (800 degrees!) at the Headland Hotel in Newquay. This was a true test of my courage and fear.
On 18th May - at the end of Mental Health Awareness week - I will be skydiving from 15,000ft, free falling for 60 seconds! Once again to raise funds and awareness for this vital, local charity.
I have battled with my own mental health issues and have supported loves ones with their struggles. Doing what I can to help others who are suffering is a subject close to my heart. These are two huge personal challenges for me and I am so grateful for your support.
The mental health impact of the pandemic will be long lasting - please help me to raise awareness and funds for Cornwall Mind so that everyone who needs support, has somewhere to turn.
