Welcome to our returning Strictly Nightingale dancing event which will be held at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool on Saturday, 26th November 2022. 11 plucky amateurs from local businesses and organisations are taking on the Strictly challenge.

Story

After 2019's success we are delighted to be bringing back our Strictly Nightingales dancing event which will be held at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool on Saturday 27th November 2021.Ten plucky amateurs (five ladies, five gents) from local businesses and organisations are taking on the Strictly challenge to learn to dance with a professional partner over the coming months culminating in the BIG NIGHT of sparkle and sequins when they will perform to an audience of over 350 guests. Who will scoop the glitter ball trophy? Our dancers are stretching themselves way out of their comfort zone and will be asking for sponsorship to raise funds for much needed patient care at the hospice during their dancing journey.Your support will mean the world to them and our hospice. Thank you.

From Nic: Dancing is known to support mental health and keep the mind strong as it rewires to learn steps. I don't know if I can still say I still have baby-brain with a 4 year old but it will certainly be a challenge, but one I will also love to be part of. Of course music and exercise also keeps us active and young and something I want to advocate to others. These are some reasons of my own, but also I want to support the fun and positive wellbeing activities that the Hospice bring in for their guests to ensure they are as happy and healthy as they can be. Something we could all hope for at this stage of our lives. Living life to the full.

Thank you for your contribution.
