In 10 days time we are planning to spend a Sunday morning running half a marathon around the Royal Parks to raise money for the Royal Trinity Hospice.

We'd love to count on your support and thoughts as we jog nimbly along (for the first couple of kms at least).

We don't want any big cheques (no more than £10) but if you can spare the price of a couple of Mayfair cappuccinos we'd be so grateful for a cause we all know and love and which sits gracefully at the end of our street,
