Solo 24 Hour AirBike World Record Attempt · 28 November 2020

Providing grants for children with disabilities and additional needs in the Highlands of Scotland to access specialised therapies.

Story

Last year, 3 friends and I unofficially broke the world record for a 24 hour team Airbike relay achieving over 500 miles. We did it in aid of Dream Believe Achieve - Highland.

This year I'm going to attempt to break the solo 24 hour record of 397 miles. My goal is 400 miles.

I'll be doing this again to raise funds for Dream Believe Achieve - Highland.

As a parent, the thought of having no access to a specialised therapy if one of my kids needed and would highly benefit from, due to not qualifying for funding, is heartbreaking, to say the least.

Which is why I'd like to help raise money for this charity.

Dream Believe Achieve  Highland is a local charity which aims to provide
grants for children with disabilities and additional needs in the Highlands of Scotland in order for them to access specialised therapies
which cannot be provided/funded by the NHS.

The idea was developed by Stephanie & Kris Douglas who's 4-year-old son Sam has benefitted tremendously from amazing community fundraising to help him access therapies that the family could only previously have dreamt of.
