I almost didn't ask for your help because - well we all get these requests right? And then I remembered its not about me. Or you. Its about the difference we ALL make when we show up and say - we can do something about this. 

To be clear, I wasn't a runner. My Mummy Bear wasn't a cancer survivor. I can change one of those sentences to help another change theirs.
