Sadly we lost Elaine in January 2021, after a few stays at Rowans Hospice. 

We are raising money and doing the walk in memory of her and for the Rowans Hospice Charity who provides free care and support to adults in our community who have a life-limiting illness and their families. 

Many people think that hospices are all about dying. But through their many different services, Rowans support people to live as well as they can with their illness. From the moment of diagnosis through to bereavement support. 

All of the Hospice care and services that are provided by the Charity are given free of charge. They rely on charitable giving for nearly all of their income. Your support now will ensure they can continue to be there for everyone in our local community who needs Hospice Care.
