Friends - this year I am walking 23km in the Glasgow Kiltwalk 'Big Stroll' on 30 April to raise funds for Maryhill Integration Network.

MIN is a community development organisation that has been operating in one of the more deprived parts Glasgow since 2001. It develops projects that promote positive social change between people from different backgrounds - particularly asylum seekers, refugees and the host community - through participatory arts projects, education, social & wellbeing activities and campaigning.

The funds I raise will be used to make small but vital grants to people in real need: to help buy school uniforms for children, to pay for bus fares to hospital and other essentials in these difficult times.
