I am raising money for Versus Arthritis.  My wife, Rowena, has suffered with the disease for the past thirteen years.  Research into the drugs is so important for this painful 'hidden' disease. It is because of the medication Rowena takes that she is a 'runner' in her own right and has completed a number of half marathons as well as the Manchester Marathon in April this year.  These are incredible acheivements. Following on from my own successful Manchester experience, I am now running the London Marathon in October 2022 to continue to raise funds for Versus Arthritis. I am setting myself the challenge of a  3hr 20 minute or less marathon time.  Any donations and messages of support are very gratefully received...  Thank you.
