Since 1872 cricket has been played by Sutton on Hull Cricket Club making it the oldest cricket club in the city of Hull. It's history is typical being developed by hard working volunteers to get to where we are today. The club owns its own ground, runs three senior sides and four junior sides and continues to provide cricket playing opportunities to people from all walks of life. Running any amateur sports club has its challenges as we well know and the financial challenges are ever present as we develop our club into the future.
